Trip to California

For our Christmas present, Mark and Tracy flew us out to California. We stayed at a beautiful condo. We played ping pong, tennis, cards, hung on the beach, and went to Sea World and Legoland. Thank you for the really fun Christmas present!

Memorial Day fun

Here are some pics of our busy memorial day. We didn't do anything like yard work, we only played around.

First of all, we took out the canoe on the little pond by our house
Then we played tennis with Dustin and Sue
Sam found this piece of styrofoam and had a blast playing "magic carpet" with it. I love this picture :)
Then Jake and Jamie took us out on their boat.

Afterwords we went back to Jake's house and had a bbq. It was a great day.

My Birthday and "Before and After" Pictures

This year for my birthday, Bryce got me a kitchen island and a mountain bike.
Since the kitchen island came without the countertop it was a good excuse to get granite countertops for the whole kitchen. And since we were getting new countertops it was a good excuse to paint the cabinets and put handles on them. And one thing led to the other and we got a new 8 inch deep sink and a new faucet.Also we stained our table.
I love "before" and "after" pictures. I love to see the difference between how it was and how it is after you do something to it.

6th anniversary

For our 6th anniversary, Bryce took me to a bed and breakfast in Salt Lake. 

We went to a Middle Eastern restaurant and it was really good. That was our first time trying Lebanese food and we enjoyed it a lot. After dinner, we had ice cream at Maggie Moose and went to the movies. 

Snowboarding trip

My friend Zil invited us to go to their time share up in the mountains. While we were there we played some games and went snowboarding. "Surprisingly" (or should I say not suprisingly?) Bryce fell and broke his wrist. Other than that we had a really fun trip.

It snowed like crazy and we had to dig our car out of about 3 feet of snow in order to get home.
