Christmas 2010

Christmas eve we hung out with some of our Brazilian friends making a ruckus. Christmas day, we had the Runyans and Austin over to play games and enjoy Christmas.

Coolest family picture ever!! Well, thats what we say every year :) This theme was 80's. Bryce's mom did a fantastic job with the outfits as usual.

Thanksgiving in Las Vegas

On Thanksgiving we had a traditional "go out to eat at a Las Vegas casino" dinner. It was fun and delicious. We also walked around the strip. We went to the Secret Garden to see the dolphins and the albino lion.

Don and Leslie's wedding

I'm so proud of my little brother Don!!!!! We headed down to AZ to see the sealing. It was the first time that all of us (Barrand parents and kids) were all in the temple together.

Halloween 2010

For halloween, Andy Branch and I decided to go with the classic SNL skit Laser Cats. Lucas and Sam loved it enough to copy us. http://www.hulu.com/watch/209651/saturday-night-live-laser-cats-1 I think we turned out pretty awesome.

Bryce's 30th Birthday

For Bryce's 30th birthday we had some friends over for a Zupas style dinner. We had two kinds of soup, chocolate dipped strawberries, salad and bread.

Labor Day in Colorado

For Labor Day we went to Colorado. Tracy took some of us horseback riding while others went mountain biking.

We had a blast playing wallyball...
while the little ones had fun at the park.
Tracy made an amazing dinner and the table was really well decorated.

John Mayer's Concert

At last minute we decided to go to John Mayer's concert. Owl City opened the show and because of traffic we ended up only catching Fireflies. This was a our second time seeing John Mayer live and it was a lot of fun!

Sam's 6th birthday

Two days before Sam's birthday, Bryce and the boys started making a pinata for Sam's birthday party.
Here we can see a little bit of the completed pinata that was soon destroyed.

The kids also played soccer and flew a big kite.

And Sam got a lot of presents! Thanks everyone who helped his day be so special and fun! Sam really had a wonderful birthday!
